Born from a fascination for food and its connection to memory (and often nostalgia), Adelaide Lala Tam’s practise takes shape through various mediums such as product design, storytelling and participative experiences. By drawing metaphors, she aims to guide her audience towards a sensitive appreciation of food.

The eclecticism of her interests is fed by the expertise of designers from all fields with whom she also surrounds herself within the orchestration of her collaborative projects.
